Are there any therapeutic benefits from wearing magnets?
While many people believe there are therapeutic and wellness benefits from wearing magnets next to the skin, at Attraxionz we are not experts in that field and so we make no claims one way or the other. All we can say is that they look great.
What if I wear a Pacemaker, Hearing Aid or other similar device?
We have not tested our jewellery in close proximity to these devices so we would recommend that you seek advice from your doctor or from the product manufacturer of your device before proceeding.
How do I return an item?
Please log into your account and start the returns process.
Customers outside of Australia, will have to pay for return shipping so have a good look at our SHIPPING & RETURNS page, we have some much better options for you.
Have you received my return?
You will receive an email confirming your return request within 30 minutes of requesting a return. As we action your return request you will receive further emails informing you of the status of your request.
When will I receive my refund or store credit?
Once received, we will process your return within 10 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that your refund or store credit has been processed. Please keep in mind that your financial institution can take an extra 3 - 5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
Can I exchange my store credit for cash?
Sorry, No. Store credits can only be used for purchases in our store and are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE shipping Australia wide using Australia Post standard service. For customers outside of Australia a small Flat Rate shipping fee is charged. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for the details of our policy.
How can I track my order?
Tracking is only available with express post Australia-wide and International. Standard post is not tracked.
Has my order been successful?
All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “My Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team via email to confirm the placement of your order.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes. Electronic Gift Cards are available to purchase online.
I'm having trouble applying a voucher to my purchase.
Please ensure your purchase meets the Terms & Conditions listed on the voucher. Check the minimum spend amount, the expiry date and whether the voucher applies to sale items. Also, remember that voucher codes are case sensitive, so ensure you are entering the code correctly at checkout.
